RECIRCULATION MODE
The cutting water is transferred to the raw water tank in the system. A solid-liquid separation process concentrates the solids, which are discharged into a bucket outside, while the treated water is redirected to the drilling machine.
DISCHARGE TO THE ENVIRONMENT MODE
When the equipment is moved at the end of operations, the raw water is no longer sent to the system. The water from the unit is redirected to a tank, then a mixture of coagulants and polymers is added to help settle the suspended solids. This water can then be discharged to the environment and the system can easily be moved to another site.
